I am a first year MS student in Atmospheric Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign working within the Cloud Systems Research Group under advisement of Steve Nesbitt. My main focus is on mesoscale meteorology, and I'm also interested in climate and climate change. I did my undergraduate in Zhejiang University, China, during which period I conducted some researches related to the evaluation of precipitation prediction models and characteristic analysis of meteorological elements. I worked as an intern at Hangzhou Meteorological Bureau in July, 2020. I came here via a 3+2 program between UIUC and ZJU, so this typically is my fourth year at university.
